# Cmake issues when installing opencv and opencv\_contrib on jetson-orin

Hallo OpenCV Forum,

I am trying to install **opencv and opencv\_contrib on my Jetson\_Orin.**

I cloned opencv and opencv\_contrib from the github and now trying to build it with the **cmake-gui**. But the **configuration step is failing stating some files are missin** g.

**The ERROR message is as follows**

> Error in configuration process. project files may be invalid.

and

```auto
Configuration incomplete, errors occurred!
See also "home/.../opencv/build/CMakeFiles/CMakeOutput.log"
See also "home/.../opencv/build/CMakeFiles/CMakeError.log"

```

I checked the CMake error log, which read as below.

```auto
...........opencv/build/CMakeFiles/CMakeTmp/CheckIncludeFile.c:1:10: fatal error: sys/videoio.h: No such file or directory
    1 | #include <sys/videoio.h>
      | ^ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
compilation terminated.

```

I am not sure how to resolve this. Requesting for help.
