# Is it the correct place?

I need to create an APP for Android TV that looks for a specific mark (small pixel area) on screen and transmit a code through serial/USB, according to the average color of this mark.  
I would like to know if I can ask for help on this forum.  
If it is not the correct place, please, address me to the correct one.
