# Opencv java doesnt recognize CMP\_NE

Hi everyone, i have trouble importing all the librarys in java. I’m using vscode and already imported the .jar file, however i dont know how or where i have to import the .dll file?  
In my code vscode doesnt recognize Imgproc.CMP\_NE.

why do you think, it’s from Imgproc [?](https://docs.opencv.org/4.x/javadoc/org/opencv/core/Core.html#CMP_NE)
