it’s the SOTA cnn for this task, it was specially trained to re-id humans  
(try to read the papers [mentioned before](https://forum.opencv.org/t/full-body-tracking-and-recognition/5708/4) )

did you mean “object **detection** ” network ?  
(“tracking” is something different !)
