okay so either those various versions are all broken or the package isn’t at fault… both is possible.
you said you could replicate this on multiple machines, but they’re all identical/clones? it would be useful if you could replicate the issue on a system that’s somewhat different from those.
you could file a bug on Issues · opencv/opencv-python · GitHub (unless there is one already; I didn’t look)
