I was currently experimenting with several algorithms for background differencing and the CNT algorithm showed very lightweight behavior. I am very impressed, and would like to thank you for your help. However, I am not sure how this CNT algorithm works, so I would like to know an explanation using mathematical formulas, etc.
AFAIK there is no paper about the algorithm. maybe you can ask the author. see BackgroundSubtractorCNT
