Error installing opencv python

hello, some time ago I asked a question regarding the installation of opencv and it was in a 32 bit operating system and in a distro derived from devian, now I have a 64 bit operating system and with linux and I still have the same error as in the 32 bit, so I do not know what is wrong.

scikit-build could not get a working generator for your system. Aborting build.

Building Linux wheels for Python 3.7 requires a compiler (e.g gcc).
It can be installed using debian package manager:

    sudo apt-get install build-essential

To build compliant wheels, consider using the manylinux system described in PEP-513.
Get it with "dockcross/manylinux-x64" docker image:

    https://github.com/dockcross/dockcross#readme

For more details, please refer to scikit-build documentation:

    http://scikit-build.readthedocs.io/en/latest/generators.html#linux

this is trying to build numpy.

try to avoid that. it’s not necessary. there are binary packages of numpy, and everyone uses them.

for some reason it’s not finding a binary package. I would recommend that you investigate that.

install numpy individually first (via pip/pip3). work on that until it succeeds.
