Does OpenCV 4.5.3 and OpenCV 4.13.0 comply with the EU AI Act?
Your question assumes, wrongly, that OpenCV has to concern itself with the EU’s AI Act.
OpenCV is an open source library. The EU’s AI Act does not target libraries. It targets applications and deployments. i.e. those who use the library to build products. The responsibility falls on those who build the end application to audit it.
