Failed to load library, but still outputs file

Get the below, but it’s still outputting the file. Anyone else had this?

Strangely it still outputs the mp4 video, not sure if it’s using a different encoder.

I notice it’s only started happening since just updating my nvidia drivers to the latest studio drivers.

mp4v still works, just not avc1
