as you seen in topic, I’m very new to opencv, can you give an assistance to me about how to count the number of noise point that was prescribed between min value and max value.
please give the details code on how to calculate it, Thanks!
- I don’t understand the problem. the noise is by definition a (random) signal, not a point. Can you post an image to explain?
