I have the android sdk for opencv but I do not know how to the 3rd party libraries.

I amt using the prebuilt android stk and i want to get to the 3rd party libraries. How to I load or use for example
./sdk/native/3rdparty/libs/arm64-v8a/liblibjpeg-turbo.a
