By going through some posts, I understood that we cannot read external camera IP directly with VideoCapture() in Opencv-Android since it doesn’t have FFMPEG backend.
So, if I want to compile FFMEG with OpenCV Android 4.8.0 so that I can read external cameras or server IP through VideoCapture(), how should I do it? Maybe someone can help me by sharing docs, resources which will give me some clues on the way I should proceed.
