How to put an image over another one... But the one on top almost transparent

Hello.
Okay here it goes, as I said in the title, I have two images, I want to put the second image (Did some treatment to it) “under” the original image just to see how the figures fit in the background-edited second image , thats why I want the original image to be almost transparent so I can see whats behind.
