I have a video of a blower, but in this video sometimes I have a lot of floating dust, I’d like to know if it’s possible to remove or detect floating dust in image?
My objective is to attenuate at maximum the visibility of free floating dust in my image.

I don’t understand the image. Do you have another photo without the dust to compare?
What is it? What are those red lines? What did you tried?
As you may already know, there’s no dust remover in OpenCV. Usually you must use a series of OpenCV functions to achieve your goal.
The more info you give, more chances to find the right approach.
