Include and use USAC for general purposes

Hey there!

I came across that openCV contains a comprehensive usac module: OpenCV: usac

I would like to use that usac framework for implementing my general model solvers (e.g. Polynomial regression).

Would this generally be possible?
I couldn’t find a neither a way, nor any docs to include usac.
