I need help editing the photo.
I would like to modify the photo as best as possible for a nn,
i.e. show the numbers better and color the background.

“editing” can’t solve this.
the data is simply not quite there.
the technical term is “unreadable”.
AI is your best bet. “regular” OCR will not do this. preprocessing is pointless.
