Rodrigues input rvec return not 3x3 matrix

Docs says if input a 1x3 or 3x1 vector it’ll return a 3x3 matrix
But this matrix i got doesn’t seems a 3x3 matrix
what did i miss?

it returns multiple things, the first being the matrix, the second being the jacobian.
