Vector Floating Point instructions. ARM stuff, related to ARM NEON possibly.
I wonder why it wouldn’t be supported on a jetson.
investigate the architecture of jetson xavier, find out what VFP it does support, and if possibly the compiler is at fault.
possibly some other VFPv? might work. maybe that stuff isn’t backwards-compatible?
possibly worth a bug report (issue) on OpenCV’s github.
