Greetings everyone,
I am trying to measure cell count in retinal scan, I have registered and averaged the image but I don’t know how to measure the cells in the scan (Attached)
does anybody have idea how to measure the cells in the below scan? I tried using FIJI (ImageJ) but it was very confusing!
P.S.: Cells are diamond or diagnoal shaped
