We are building an advanced panorama stitching system. Image registration and warping stages will be done by ourselves, while for exposure compensation, seam estimation and blending we are planning to use OpenCV stitching module.
However we are struggling with the barely documented stitching module, with its intended workflow only known from example implementations.
We’d be happy to work with someone who knows the stitching module well enough to build our application
it was likely made as a Google Summer of Code project. you might be able to track down who authored the commits, and pick their brain on it.
