Distortion coefficients without camera calibration?

Hello everyone !

Tell me if it is possible to calculate the distortion coefficients (k1, k2, k3,) without calibration, knowing the internal parameters of the camera (matrix resolution 640*480 pixels, pixel size 4 x 4 um, focal length of the lens 6 mm. )

Is it even possible to do this without calibration? Are there any formulas that allow you to calculate the distortion coefficients based on the sensor and lens data described above?

the specs of those lenses rarely mention anything quantitative about the distortion of the lens.

if you can find a datasheet for a lens that has any kind of quantification of its distortion, that would be rare.
