I have a trouble about cv::FileStorage.open() error with “Segmentation fault (core dumped)”.
And I posted my question about these issue.
And then I have recieved a certain suggestion such as
“please raise an issue with the package’s maintainer”.

How can I get communication to the package’s maintainer?
