I've made OpenCV Funtion Testing Board for the beginners

Hi all,

I’m excited to share my first contribution to OpenCV! :tada:\

I’ve created an OpenCV Basic Library Function Testing Board to better understand how core functions behave and operate in practice.

This board is designed to:

  • Experiment with fundamental OpenCV functions

  • Observe input/output behavior clearly

  • Analyze parameter effects

  • Build intuitive understanding through hands-on testing

I hope this can also help others who are learning OpenCV and want to explore how the basic library functions actually work under different conditions.
