You can use template matching algorithms to compare the images of the two shirts and then return true if there are manufacturing errors or false if there arent any. I believe one shirt is to be used as a test while the other is to be used as a subject for the comparison. I completed an image processing Gig on Upwork that needed me to gind regions of an image with logos and text using Open CV.
