Surface quality

Iwould know if openCV can distinguish the state of the surface and rise up an alarm?

what do you consider the surface here? what qualities are important to you? how do you want to quantify these qualities?

no type of optical inspection can use an arbitrary phone snapshot.

automated optical inspection requires tight control of the entire picture formation, and experience to understand what matters.

following some tutorial the surface could be a parameter

In this stage I want to compare pictures i do not need to check the whole surface
in the next stage a special frame will be in place with lights
