Which repo should I fork for contributing algorithm about line-matching?

Hello, we are trying to contribute our work about line-matching: Novel Coplanar Line-Points Invariants for Robust Line Matching Across Views, Qi Jia et al, ECCV 2016.

I know the new algorithm should be in contrib, but I am not sure which module. Or should it be a new module? I tend to put it in ximproc. It is a geometry-based approach.
