Why ocv_add_app(traincascade) and ocv_add_app(createsamples) is commented out in opencv/apps/CMakeLists.txt. Is this replaced by new tools?
the training stuff is all gone. you can still run those models, but not train.
in the age of DNNs, that makes sense.
if you want to train such old stuff, you’ll have to use an old version of OpenCV. IDK offhand when those were still available.
