that is a “cold call” PR.

there should be a corresponding issue with discussion involving the core developers (Intel employees).

asking on the forum will do nothing. core devs do not frequent the forum.

yes I understand i am not going to find the right contact here on this forum.
but It is unclear on the github where I can find people to ask for PR approval.
should i open an issue for that or is there any other way to reach core developers?
